The aim of this policy is to ensure Burns Construction will do all that is reasonable practicable to ensure the Safety, Health and Welfare in the workplace.
It is the policy of Burns Construction to comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, Safety Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 and the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006. We are also members of NISO – National Irish Safety Organization.
We will provide the necessary resources, structures and procedures that are required to safeguard them against the risks arising from activities in the workplace.
Each employee of Burns has the responsibility to follow safe work practices and to have a genuine concern for the safety, health and welfare of all persons involved.
All sub-contractors working with Burns Construction have a responsibility to meet the same standards.
